Santos Vargas is a shareholder at Davis & Santos, P.C. Santos represents individuals, financial institutions, business entities, trusts, and estates in a variety of complex business litigation, financial institution litigation, fiduciary litigation, trust litigation, and estate litigation matters.

Santos practices in both state and federal courts, and has successfully tried several cases to verdict. Santos started his career at Cox Smith Matthews and ran his own practice for four years prior to joining Davis & Santos.

Santos is able to assist Spanish-speaking clients.


Santos received his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 2004, and his B.A. from St. Mary’s University in 1999. While at Syracuse, Santos served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Syracuse Law & Technology Journal.
