Mark focuses on commercial and business litigation, banking and financial institution litigation, fiduciary litigation, construction law and appeals.

Caroline represents individuals and businesses in complex civil matters in federal court, state court, and bankruptcy court. Caroline is a former Honors Program Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice and clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Santos represents individuals, banking and financial institutions, business entities, trusts and estates in a variety of complex business litigation.

Patty concentrates on the representation of individuals and corporate fiduciaries with respect to estate planning, probate, formation and administration of trusts.

Jay handles a variety of complex litigation matters, including business litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government investigations. He previously served as a federal prosecutor in San Antonio and Del Rio, where he led national security, public corruption, and organized crime prosecutions.

Karissa handles corporate entity matters on behalf of for-profit, non-profit, and professional entities (including law firms and medical practices) throughout the lifecycle of the business, from formation to disposition. 

Josh has experience in civil litigation, as well as an extensive background in legal research, writing, and analysis.

Hayley Ellison is a partner with Davis & Santos. She focuses her practice on appeals and commercial litigation.
