Victoria Martinez is an Associate (Bar Admission pending) at Davis & Santos, where her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, representing individuals, financial institutions and other business entities in complex matters.

While in law school, Victoria served as an extern clerk for the Honorable Drew B. Tipton of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and as an intern for the Honorable Sara L. Darrow of the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Victoria was a Dean’s Fellow throughout law school and served as President of the Latinx Law Student Association.

Prior to entering her legal career, Victoria was a public high school teacher for seven years in San Antonio. In rising to various leadership positions, she developed a passion for acting on behalf of others and working towards their best interests. She now carries this passion into her legal practice.
