Santos Vargas

Profile

Santos Vargas is a shareholder at Davis & Santos. Santos represents individuals, banking and financial institutions, business entities, trusts and estates in a variety of complex business litigation, financial institution litigation, fiduciary litigation, trust litigation, estate and guardianship litigation matters, civil rights and election law, bankruptcy, construction law and appeals. Santos is able to assist Spanish-speaking clients and practices in both state and federal courts where he has successfully tried several cases to verdict. Santos began his career at Cox Smith Matthews and ran his own practice for several years prior to joining Davis & Santos in 2011.

Education

Santos received his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 2004, and his B.A. from St. Mary’s University in 1999. While at Syracuse, Santos served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Syracuse Law & Technology Journal.
