On February 6, 2024, Davis & Santos partner Hayley Ellison presented a CLE for the Bexar County Women’s Bar Association. The CLE, entitled Appellate Tips for Trial Lawyers, highlighted key areas for all trial lawyers to remember when trying cases including preserving error in the Trial Court, being mindful of procedural traps, narrowing appellate issues, when to use mandamus and interlocutory appeals, as well as tips on oral argument.
