Kathleen Church is an Associate at Davis & Santos and focuses on helping clients plan and prepare for the one thing most do not want to think about: what happens when life ends. Through proper estate planning and probate, Kathleen can turn what can be a tumultuous time into a smooth transition for individuals and families.

After receiving her law education from St. Mary’s University School of Law, Kathleen worked for fifteen years at Church and Church PLLC, handling a wide spectrum of cases from contract review to foreclosures before narrowing her focus on estate planning and probate. During her education, Kathleen earned her mediation certification and then went on to complete her family law mediation certification.

She frequently volunteers with the Bexar County Dispute Resolution Center, guiding several cases to successful settlement agreements every year.
