Davis & Santos is proud to announce that Victoria Martinez has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney, focusing her practice on civil and commercial litigation. Victoria represents individuals, financial institutions, and business entities in complex legal matters, bringing a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every case.
Victoria’s journey with Davis & Santos began during law school, when she clerked with the firm for two consecutive summers. Throughout that time, she demonstrated exceptional work ethic, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to serving clients. We are proud to welcome her back as an Associate and look forward to watching her continue to grow within the firm.
Before attending law school, Victoria spent seven years as a public high school teacher in San Antonio. As an educator and leader, she developed a deep passion for advocating on behalf of others and helping people overcome challenges. That commitment to serving others continues to shape her legal practice today.
During law school, Victoria gained valuable judicial experience by serving as an extern clerk for the Honorable Drew B. Tipton of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and as an intern for the Honorable Sara L. Darrow of the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois.
In addition to her academic accomplishments, Victoria served as a Dean’s Fellow throughout law school and was elected President of the Latinx Law Student Association, demonstrating both academic excellence and a dedication to leadership.
