Karissa Hostrup Gonzalez

Profile

Karissa Gonzalez is a partner with Davis & Santos and works closely with businesses, individuals and tax-exempt organizations to accomplish their goals, while also protecting their legal interests. Her practice is primarily focused on business transactions, general counsel representation, compliance, as well as labor and employment matters. Karissa has significant experience advising entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses regarding business formation, investments and succession planning.

Karissa’s clients operate or invest in a variety of industries, including credit unions, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, construction, oil & gas, water and public utilities. She handles corporate entity matters on behalf of for-profit, non-profit and professional entities (including law firms and medical practices) throughout the lifecycle of the business, from formation to disposition.

Prior to joining Davis & Santos, Karissa worked as the General Counsel of Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union, served as an Associate General Counsel at WellMed Medical Management and practiced at two major law firms.
