Mark is an Associate with Davis & Santos where his practice focuses on civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense. Prior to joining the firm, Mark served as a law clerk to the United States District Judge Xavier Rodriguez.

Mark earned his law degree by attenging night school while working as a federal marshal. During his previous career, Mark was assigned to numerous duty stations including the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, Mexico where he managed and directed complex international investigations.
