Nicolette Van Dielen is senior counsel with Davis & Santos. Prior to joining the firm, Nicolette worked at the Fourth Court of Appeals as staff attorney for Justice Patricia O. Alvarez for nearly five years, and then briefly for Justice Lori Massey Brissette before transitioning to private practice.

Nicolette began her legal career as a prosecutor with the Pima County Attorney’s Office in Tucson, Arizona where she grew up. She began clerking with the prosecutor’s office during law school and pursued a criminal justice certificate as part of her law studies at the University of Arizona. She graduated with a dual graduate degree in law and public administration in 2009.

During her time at the Pima County Attorney’s Office, Nicolette specialized in vehicular crime prosecutions, special victims cases, and appeals. She has argued cases before the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court.
