Santos Vargas

Profile

Santos Vargas is a shareholder at Davis & Santos. He represents individuals, banking and financial institutions, business entities, trusts and estates in a variety of complex business litigation, financial institution litigation, fiduciary litigation, trust litigation, estate and guardianship litigation matters, civil rights and election law, bankruptcy, construction law and appeals.

Santos was the Chair of the Board of Directors of the State Bar of Texas for 2021-2022 and is a Past-President of the San Antonio Bar Association and of the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association.

Santos is able to assist Spanish-speaking clients and practices in both state and federal courts where he has successfully tried several cases to verdict. Santos began his career at Cox Smith Matthews and ran his own practice for several years prior to joining Davis & Santos in 2011.
