Davis & Santos partners Mark Murphy and Hayley Ellison scored an appellate victory when the Eighth District Court of Appeals in El Paso affirmed a prior trial court victory in a case involving construction of a commercial parking lot. In its decision, the Eighth District Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court’s summary judgment for the Firm’s client, concluding certain exclusions in a commercial general liability policy did not absolve the insurer of its duty to indemnify.
