Davis & Santos is pleased to welcome its newest Associate Counsel, Rachel Garza. Prior to joining Davis & Santos, Rachel served as a public defender with Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid, Inc. As a public defender, her practice focused on defending hundreds of individuals charged with state misdemeanor and felony offenses. Additionally, Rachel handled dozens of appeals and presented oral argument before the San Antonio Fourth Court of Appeals sitting en banc. Rachel received her law degree from the St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2021.

Rachel’s practice areas include Complex and Commercial Business Litigation as well as General Litigation.
