Davis & Santos is pleased to welcome Hayley Ellison as Senior Counsel. Hayley focuses her practice on appeals and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Davis & Santos, Hayley served as a staff attorney to Chief Justice Sandee Bryan Marion at the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals and practiced commercial litigation in Dallas. Hayley has handled complex commercial litigation and appeals in federal and state courts and has represented plaintiffs and defendants in diverse industries including energy, real estate, information technology, banking, hospitality, construction, and entertainment. In her appellate practice, Hayley has drafted petitions and briefs in Texas and federal courts of appeals, including an amicus curiae brief to the Supreme Court of the United States.
