Davis & Santos is pleased to welcome Jessica R. Mann as our newest Senior Counsel. Prior to joining Davis & Santos, Jessica started her career as a trial attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada representing physicians in medical malpractice lawsuits.  She then settled into insurance defense work, including representing subcontractors in construction defect cases. Jessica returned to Texas in 2011, where she began representing plaintiffs and defendants in real estate, business, probate and commercial litigation.

After litigating for almost nineteen years, Jessica recently transitioned to a transactional practice assisting businesses and individuals outside the courtroom.
