Davis & Santos, PLLC’s founding partner Jason Davis, partner Jay Hulings, and senior counsel Joshua J. Caldwell secured a complete appellate victory at the Texas Seventh Court of Appeals on June 14, 2022.

The case affirmed a substantial and hard-fought arbitration judgment, which was originally tried by Jason Davis and Jay Hulings, and concerned issues of arbitration jurisdiction, arbitrator appointments, and post-arbitration attorney’s fees.  The court of appeals confirmed the award in all respects in favor of Davis & Santos’ clients.

The case is Bell v. Harrell et al., No. 07-21-00243-CV, (Tex. App.—Amarillo June 14, 2022).
