Patricia Vargas, a Board Certified estate planning and probate lawyer at Davis & Santos, PLLC, will be speaking on a panel entitled “Special Problems” at the TexasBarCLE Real Estate 101 seminar in San Antonio.
The panel will be moderated by attorney Jacob G. Straub and will address topics related to real estate matters and issues pertaining to guardianships, decedent’s estates, trusts and minors.

I look forward to providing my professional experience and knowledge to fellow attorneys during this seminar.”
Vargas is a shareholder with Davis & Santos PLLC and is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Her practice concentrates on representing individuals and corporate fiduciaries with respect to estate planning, family wealth transfers, probate, guardianships, formation and administration of trusts, including special needs trusts, and fiduciary litigation.
Among her many accolades, Vargas has been recognized by Scene in S.A., Outstanding Women in Law in 2022, and Best San Antonio Lawyers in 2019 and 2021. She was named a Top Attorney in San Antonio by San Antonio Magazine in 2019. Vargas earned a leadership position at the San Antonio Bar Association, where she serves as Treasurer.
The event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa on July 13. The Special Problems Panel will begin at 3:30 p.m. The program is co-sponsored by the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
